How to Measure

Shirts/Jackets: Lying the garment flat on the ground, the
first number is width measured from one arm pit to the other armpit. 
The second is length and is measured from the point where the collar
meets the shoulder all the way down to the bottom of the garment.  The
last number is sleeve length and is measured from the bottom cuff of the
sleeve up to the stitching where it meets your armpit.

Shorts:
Lying flat on the ground, the first number is the width of the
waistline and the second number is from the waistline to the bottom of
the shorts.

Pants: Lying Flat on ground, the first number is the width of the waistline.  The second number is from the waistline to the bottom of the pants.  The third number is the measurement of the inseam.
